Modesty was never meant to feel heavy.

And yet, somewhere along the way, it did.

For years, modesty meant choosing to disappear. As if looking good and feeling good couldn’t exist alongside values.

That never sat right with us.

We’re Pakistani, raised in the UAE, where the abaya is comfort before it’s anything else. It’s the first thing you reach for. In a place where cultures, values, and faiths live side by side, modesty is simply part of everyday life.

This is where Riwa began.

Riwa exists because modesty deserves better.
It deserves colour, ease, expression, and joy.

We don’t believe modesty is boring.
We believe it’s powerful because it’s chosen.
