Refund policy

At Riwa, we take pride in the quality of our abayas and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

7. Store Credit (If Applicable)

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, valid for future purchases on Riwa. Store credit details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

8. Policy Indulgence

Riwa reserves the right to:

  • Decline returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
